Visas

Arrangement for visas if required is the responsibility of the participants. Centre for Policy and Integrated Human Development travel desk provides visa and travel advisory services.

 Visas Application

United Arab Emirates visa - 2 weeks

United States of America - 9 weeks

Canada - 20 weeks

The documents required for visa application will be provided after payment.

 Accommodation

Centre for Policy and Integrated Human Development trainings are non-residential and participants are responsible for their own accommodation. We will provide participants at all training locations with an extensive list of hotels and guest houses to suit a range of budgets with their booking information.

 Cancellation

Cancellation must be in writing and Centre for Policy and Integrated Human Development must acknowledge the cancellation in writing.

For cancellation received 45 days to the start of a program we will refund the tuition fee MINUS a charge of US$500 to cover our administrative cost.

For cancellation received 30 days to the start of a program we will charge FULL fee.

If you have paid the tuition fee and have subsequently been denied a visa, we will refund the tuition fee MINUS a charge of US$300 to cover our administrative cost provided you send us a scanned copy of the denial letter from the Embassy/High commission.

If you have been issued a visa and cannot make the trip, we will charge FULL tuition fee (NO REFUND).

In circumstances were visas are issued before payment is made, the payment must be made in full.

Centre for Policy and Integrated Human Development reserve the right to cancel or alter details of our advertised courses, facilities and course dates where circumstances beyond our control necessitate such changes or where the number of enrolments is not sufficient to operate a training(s) viably.
