Jude Ehiaghe IYAMABO
Country Chair
Jude is an innovative professional with over two (2) decades experience engaging with Public Sector Institutions around the world; twelve years of which were top management appointments. Before joining Centre for Policy and Integrated Human Development as Country Chair, Jude was the Country Managing Director, at Centre for Human Development, Nigeria where he was responsible for the day-to-day management decisions.
A Public Policy Expert with experience in International Consultancy and delivering Development Programmes, Jude has facilitated capacity building and good governance programmes for forty-five (45) Public Sector Institutions from Nigeria in Canada, Ghana, Nigeria, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and United States of America.
Jude is an alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and Singapore Civil Service College, Singapore,
Mercy Ene Abbah GEORGE
Senior Vice President
As the Senior Vice President, Mercy has the responsibility of managing local and international consultancy projects, identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and liaising with International Development Partners.
Before her appointment as Senior Vice President, Mercy was the Vice President (Business Development). She was also the Deputy Head (Country Risk). Mercy area of interest are Public Sector Entrepreneurship, governance, the rule of law and organisational development. Mercy holds a degree in Intelligence and Security Studies.
Segun Thaddeus LAWRENCE
Capacity Building Adviser
Segun Lawrence has almost a decade experience in training / capacity building first as the Team Lead (Training) before taking over the role as the Country Capacity Building Adviser. Mr Lawrence has worked extensively with public sector clients in developing their capacity building needs, building tailored programmes and giving advice on transformation and developmental needs.
Mr Lawrence also act as Project Director on complex projects and has contributed as a speaker at high level meetings. A Chartered Accountant, Segun holds a first Degree and an MBA from University of Ibadan.
